**Job Summary**

As a Senior Officer, Learning and Development at Sun Life, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Channels and business partners by providing relevant training course development and delivery. Your goal will be to equip them with the necessary skills to achieve their assigned sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take ownership of training programs/projects to ensure the quality of delivery and targeted results are achieved.
  • Provide assistance to all members of the Financial Planner Training Section in training administrative logistics.
  • Assist the Section Head in ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Learning and Development Center (LDC) are met.
  • Transfer skills to all LDC members to facilitate their professional development, if training needs are defined.
  • Cross-team support to ensure the service efficiency of the LDC.

**Requirements**

  • Able to acquire new knowledge and transfer it effectively to participants.
  • Able to present factual information precisely and clearly in public.
  • Able to handle Q&A sessions effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
