About the Role

The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for enhancing the e-learning platform and its user experience, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will also involve providing end-user support and guidance for internal parties, as well as managing and updating training materials on the e-learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the e-learning platform and its user experience
  • Act as the administrator of the e-learning platform to provide end-user support and guidance for internal parties
  • Manage and update training materials on the e-learning platform in different formats, such as video and photo
  • Explore and coordinate the launch of new social learning platforms to facilitate a proactive learning environment
  • Coordinate and deliver soft skills training programs, new employee orientations, and handle related administration for training events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline
  • 2 years or above related working experience in Learning and Development, Training, or from the Aviation industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software (e.g. After Effect, Premiere, or related software) is an advantage
  • Team player, detail-organized, and able to perform multiple tasks independently
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for higher position
