**Job Summary**

China Mobile International Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and evaluating company-wide training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and deliver diverse company internal learning and development programs, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, develop, and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees, focusing on skills development, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to source training solutions and expertise, ensuring the highest quality and relevance to our business needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze training data, and evaluate program effectiveness to inform future training initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and employees, to ensure training programs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform training program design and delivery.
  • Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement training strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in employee training and development, preferably in a sizable organization.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs that meet business objectives and improve employee performance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
