Learning and Development Professional

**Job Summary**
China Mobile International Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and administering learning and development as well as employee relations projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee relations projects, including but not limited to, employee engagement programs, corporate events, and CSR initiatives.
- Source, liaise, coordinate, and monitor external consultants and service providers to ensure smooth logistics and arrangements for employee relations projects.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to organize company-wide events and activities, including corporate culture activities and CSR events.
- Coordinate and/or deliver employee relations/engagement programs in a professional manner.
- Handle administration work of employee relations projects, including employee activities enrollment, venue sourcing, schedule arrangement, evaluation, and so on.
- Assist in implementing employee relations policies and procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience in hosting grand events is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, project management, and analytical skills with a passion for people development and engagement.
- People and customer services oriented, proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and with good business acumen.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, graphic design, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Occasional travel is required.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Learning & Development Officer.
