About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. This critical position plays a key role in developing our talent to their fullest potential, implementing learning and development initiatives to meet business and leadership needs, and developing global learning & talent development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training framework and programs that encompasses functional skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and other relevant areas.
  • Identify and evaluate external training vendors, consultants, or partners to support part of the delivery of specialized training programs.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization, including HR business partners, leadership team and employees.
  • Be the key administrator of the Company's Learning Management System (Workday) and providing technical support and ongoing training to global HR Business Partners and employees.
  • Manage global L&D budget effectively.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce standards, policies and processes for the ESG / Social Sustainability programs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years L&D experience including: design and implementation of a training framework and programs that encompasses functional skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and other relevant areas, preferably in a global organization.
  • Good knowledge of L&D specialism strategies, trends, leading practices and solutions.
  • Ability to deliver impactful learning courses both virtual and in-person.
  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating with HR and business colleagues to understand and interpret business issues, and successfully advising colleagues on the appropriate course of action.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, Workday Learning is preferrable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Due to global nature of the role, travelling and willingness to work alternative hours will be required.
  • Solid understanding and passionate in learning and development.
