The Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Veterinary Support Associate. This key position will provide critical support to our veterinarians and nurses, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining inventory, and managing administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with stock management for Pharmacy supplies, medication, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and report price changes or order status to the Clinic Manager.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and maintenance of laboratory machines, adhering to established protocols.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the clinic team, including supply management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Ensure medical equipment is well-maintained and functioning optimally.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in stock management, veterinary knowledge, or relevant certifications.
- Meticulous organizational skills, proficiency in verbal and written communication (English and Cantonese), and attention to detail.
