Job Summary
This role supports the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks, including stock management, laboratory testing, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock control systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Support the clinic team with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and managing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure operational standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with clinic regulations and guidelines regarding safety, quality, and client relations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in stock management and inventory control is advantageous.
- HKDSE or equivalent qualification is required.
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
