This role is a critical part of our pharmacy operations team, responsible for managing stocks, communicating with suppliers, and performing laboratory testing. If you have prior administrative experience and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the clinic manager with stock and inventory management for Pharmacy supplies, medication, and equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers and report to the clinic manager on price changes or order status.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and maintenance of laboratory machines.
- Provide administrative support for the clinic team, ensuring supplies are well replenished and organized.
- Maintain stock and administrative reports to maintain operational standards.
- Responsible for medical equipment upkeep and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with clinic regulations regarding safety, hazard communications, emergency action plans, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Prior veterinary or medical knowledge an advantage.
- Experience in stock management highly desirable.
- HKDSE or equivalent qualification required.
- Meticulous organizational skills essential.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
