About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Territory Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing value extraction in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and analyze territory performance to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to maximize value extraction.
  • Provide market intelligence on trade area, network expansion opportunities, market competitiveness, and on-site execution issues to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide guidance, support, and counseling to site operators to grow the business and sustain retail operations.
  • Steward the execution of value proposition offers to deliver superior marketing and promotions, providing customers with best-in-class buying experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with store merchandising, planograms, and promotions, as well as provide guidance on rent schemes and other significant issues.
  • Secure site operator participation in marketing programs and address other critical issues.
  • Support training needs for site operators and service station personnel.
  • Lead negotiations with site operators on contracts, including new, renewal, divestment, and compliance.
  • Participate in operator and dealer selection, appraisal activities, including credit and collections.
  • Support compliance and risk assessments related activities.
About You
  • Hold a degree from a recognized university.
  • Have experience and a good understanding of retail, services, and new business development.
  • Possess strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Be able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Be able to influence in a team or workgroup.
  • Demonstrate key leadership competencies.
  • Be a team player.
  • Effectively communicate with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Have a customer focus.
