About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Territory Manager to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing value extraction in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to optimize territory performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide guidance, support, and counseling to site operators to ensure they are meeting business objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior management on trade area opportunities, market competitiveness, and on-site execution issues.
  • Lead negotiations with site operators on contracts, including new, renewal, and divestment agreements.
  • Participate in operator selection, appraisal, and credit and collections activities.
  • Support compliance and risk assessments related activities.

Requirements

  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • Proven experience in retail business development, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate site operators and team members.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
