About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Brokerage and Distribution to join our team at Company 28 - Manulife (International) Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful strategies to drive growth and profitability in our brokerage channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to expand our brokerage channel and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including independent financial advisors (IFAs) and local brokers.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to develop and execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure a high standard of internal control and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a competitive sales platform and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of individual life insurance products, including ILAS and HNW products.
- Experience with MPF and EB brokers is an advantage.
- Ability to create new client relationships and develop tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
