Sales and Business Development Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Private Banking team as the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private banking, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the private banking segment.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of private bankers and relationship managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional client service and sales performance.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, delivering tailored wealth management solutions that meet their complex needs.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, including investment, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client value.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
