As a vital member of the Commercial Banking Department, you will play a key role in fostering and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Proactively connect with both potential and existing clients to cultivate new business opportunities while sustaining current partnerships.
- Support for Relationship Managers: Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a range of commercial banking products tailored to client needs.
- Financial Assessment: Analyze clients' financial health, assess the value of collateral, and evaluate management effectiveness and capabilities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements set forth by governing bodies and the Bank.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or finance sector, with a solid understanding of financial analysis, commercial credit, and lending policies.
- Preferred qualifications include holding HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) and IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3 or equivalent).
- A mature, approachable demeanor with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent marketing acumen complemented by a robust network of business contacts.
- Self-driven, independent, and capable of thriving under pressure.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is advantageous.
