Marketing
HSBC's Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of HSBC, acquire new customers, strengthen customer loyalty, and build long-term relationships. We provide professional marketing support to different businesses to promote a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management.
- Provide administrative and personnel support to the department.
- Manage the itinerary of meetings and events for management and support departmental functions.
- Handle documents and general office processing and assist in the transition to a paperless and electronic environment.
- Handle administrative duties, including telephone calls and emails, in an accurate and prompt manner.
- Handle booking of overseas travels and support of visitors.
- Streamline and simplify departmental administrative processes to empower self-service of the team.
Requirements
- Diploma Holder or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, with experience in financial services being an advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to details, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative tools.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, capable of carefully handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong change orientation and initiative on continual improvements.
