Strategic Sales Director for SME Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to lead our SME business growth efforts. Reporting directly to the AVP, this role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue expansion in the SME market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the SME market, focusing on identifying high-potential sales leads and negotiating effective deals.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales approaches, ensuring a deep understanding of the market landscape and competitive dynamics.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through solution selling and soft skill training, cultivating a network of key stakeholders within the industry.
- Mentor and coach senior/sales executives to achieve predefined sales and business targets, providing guidance on skills development and coaching in alignment with Sales Management Practice.
- Drive innovation and implement new ideas to improve business outcomes, achieving key performance indicators and profitability of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience managing corporate clients, with 2 years of team leadership experience preferably in the IT/Telecom industry.
- Demonstrated sales track record with excellent business acumen and knowledge of the latest technology and ICT/Mobile trends.
- Experience advising on complex account management situations with strong knowledge of clients' businesses.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with customers at senior executive level.
- Established network and connections within professional industry or territory.
- Highly self-motivated, meticulous, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
