About the Team

The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a collaborative group dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive globally. Combining deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, we develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams for our clients.

What You'll Do

As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist - SME Growth, you will engage with multiple teams within Airwallex, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. This role focuses on upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with your portfolio of SME customers.

We are seeking a technology-minded professional who is passionate about Fintech and driven to learn our platform's intricacies. This enables you to solve complex problems and provide value-based solutions to our customers.

This role is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with your portfolio to understand their needs and provide solutions using our range of products and services.
  • Advocate for Airwallex and ensure our Business Account (SME) customers are utilizing our services to their full potential.
  • Achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outputs.
  • Forecast and build a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers for the business to understand success metrics.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and contribute to the development of product roadmaps.
Who We're Looking For

We seek candidates who meet the minimum qualifications outlined below. Preferred qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology/Fintech relationships with SME accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese (Chinese) and English.
  • Experience working with complex sales, comfortable selling to C-level executives.
  • Relationship builder: ability to form meaningful, collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and domains.
  • Problem solver: skilled at finding creative solutions and understanding new products, able to simplify complexity for others.
  • Success-oriented and accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Technically minded with prior experience working in API B2B sales or account management for a similar organization.
