APAC Market Growth Position

The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead business expansion efforts in the APAC region for medical devices.

This role involves driving pre-market development, new product launches, and full commercialization in the APAC region with a focus on Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital executives, and specialty-specific society leaders to introduce product portfolios.

  • Drive growth initiatives through strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify areas for improvement.
  • Transform market data into actionable business strategies.
  • Develop marketing and sales plans for new products.
  • Lead business development efforts to meet sales targets.
  • Strategize and execute product launches.
  • Foster collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Explore opportunities for sustainable company growth.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in medical device sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market and business environment would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
  • Results-driven, motivated, and adaptable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
