Position Objectives

As a member of the Regional HR Business Partner team, your role will involve:

  • Gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions while contributing to the HR team's overall success through daily operational support.
  • Assisting in the execution of HR programs and initiatives, enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR business partner support in daily operations, contributing to HR projects and initiatives, and aiding in the development and execution of HR programs.
  • Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative HR support, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Assist in training and development efforts, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to offer recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship, with availability for at least three days per week.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with coding and data analysis is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about people and organizational matters, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Exhibit a creative, curious, and open mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
