Role Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to assist our Human Resources Department in the Asia region, engaging in comprehensive HR operational tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating logistics for interviews and managing onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Ensuring data accuracy within the HR information system
  • Compiling HR headcount statistics
  • Organizing employee records and maintaining documentation in cloud storage
  • Administering internal training programs
  • Drafting letters, documents, and processing payments for various HR functions
  • Supporting HR-related initiatives focused on employee well-being and work-life balance

Candidate Profile

  • Open-minded and adaptable to a multicultural environment aligned with sustainability values
  • Strong advocate for diversity and inclusion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Solid numerical skills with a basic understanding of Excel functions
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese is essential
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role
  • Flexible approach to work hours
  • Previous experience may qualify candidates for a more advanced HR Assistant role
