Human Resources and Administration Specialist

Maxx Marketing, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll calculation, benefits administration, and recruitment and onboarding process.
Work closely with line managers and employees, and provides HR advice and consultation.
Assist with the development and implementation of human resource policies and performance evaluations.
Handle internal and external audit issues, and ensures HR policies and procedures and legal requirements are adhered.
Maintain updated personnel records and reports.
Arrange company and staff activities, such as annual dinner and company outings.
Responsible for overall administrative services, including office facilities management and maintenance, housekeeping, and office supplies procurement.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 2 years' of experience in human resources and administration function, preferably from multinational companies.
Meticulous, self-motivated, organized, able to meet tight deadlines with good planning and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, can work both independently and in a team setting with members across different locations.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office applications.
