Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between HKD 600,000 to HKD 900,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales teams in the quotation and negotiation of new and renewal business for Data Center services. This includes conducting independent analysis and financial modeling required for structuring complex deals and preparing pricing agreements.

You will also be responsible for reviewing quotations and providing pricing approval support, ensuring compliance with company policies, global guidance, and customer-specific agreements. Additionally, you will process Requests for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with internal standards and conduct price negotiations with customers and suppliers to enhance profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales teams in the quotation and negotiation of new and renewal business for Data Center services.
  • Conduct independent analysis and financial modeling required for structuring complex deals and preparing pricing agreements.
  • Review quotations and provide pricing approval support, ensuring compliance with company policies, global guidance, and customer-specific agreements.
  • Process RFPs in accordance with internal standards and conduct price negotiations with customers and suppliers to enhance profit margins.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree holder or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance-related disciplines. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in Data Center product and pricing, preferably in the IT and T industry. Strong knowledge of profit margin and underlying cost analyses is essential, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented, team player, and self-initiator qualities are also highly valued.
