About Classy Wheeler Limited:

We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced Data Center Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Job Description:

The Data Center Facilities Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Liaising with customers to ensure post-sale service requirements are met, including coordination of site audits and maintenance activities;
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure prompt delivery of services and support;
  • Overseeing system administration and monitoring to guarantee robustness and network security;
  • Collaborating with vendors to deliver IDC projects, including rack, power, cabling, and patching;
  • Ensuring facility maintenance is performed according to schedule and standards;
  • Coordinating regular service reviews and site audits with customers, collecting feedback, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience;
  • Proven experience in data center facilities management, with strong knowledge of air-conditioning and power supply systems;
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, network protocols, VPN, cabling, and network fault recovery;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
