About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Operations Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in data center operations, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of data center engineers and technicians to ensure seamless operations and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors to facilitate service provisioning and related support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective resource planning, scheduling, and cost control strategies to optimize data center operations and minimize costs.
  • Support sales teams in the quotation and negotiation of new and renewal deals, providing financial analysis and pricing guidance.
  • Conduct independent financial modeling and analysis required for structuring complex deals, ensuring compliance with commercial policy standards and global guidance.

Data Center Sourcing Management:

  • Evaluate and negotiate commercial and service terms with DC suppliers, ensuring alignment with company expansions and sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage new vendor relationships, including vendor registration, MSA, and SLA negotiations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in data center operations and project management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
