KOS International is a renowned company with a significant presence in Hong Kong and over the years, they have established a dominant market position in their industry. We are currently recruiting for an IT Director in the Data Center and Hosting domain.

Job Summary:
As an IT Director at KOS International, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving cross-team partnerships with other departments in aligning IT strategies. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of industry trends, business strategies, and company goals to define and drive adoption of standards and business solutions across the organization as well as with adjacent data center product/offerings and their hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive adoption of standards and business solutions across the organization
  • Drive cross-team partnerships with other departments in aligning IT strategies
  • Apply expertise and insight to promote innovative concepts and ideas
  • Proactively identify and resolve critical issues for clients
  • Work across the organization to understand, define, and document technical and business requirements and workflows
  • Drive selection of new business solutions, change management, and defining standard operating processes in ensuring continuous improvement
  • Apply industry best practices

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree such as Business Management, Information Technology or equivalent qualifications. You must also have extensive demonstrable experience in a Managed Services and/or Outsourcing environment, preferably in a large-scale (multi-national) data center environment in a managerial role. Additionally, you should have good understanding of client engagements at senior manager level within a commercial service offering environment for financial services clients.

What We Offer:
