Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team at JC Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various compensation programs and initiatives to support the continued growth of our company.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage monthly pay processes, maintain accurate records, and provide expert advice to employees on matters related to salary payments, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations, and advanced MS Excel skills. Fluency in English is required, with Cantonese and Mandarin being a plus.
