- Assist Senior Manager Payroll in defining the overall strategy and vision for the payroll function to enhance automation and scalability while ensuring accurate, timely, secured and compliant payroll processing.
- Provide audit documentation while striving for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach, mentor, support and develop Payroll Specialists/Administrators to optimize operation effectiveness.
- Stay current on payroll related rules and regulations in all jurisdictions across Asia and Australia/New Zealand and proactively advise business partners on potential implications for the organization as a whole and local jurisdictions.
- Responsibility for managing and executing payroll for Asia.
