We are looking for an experienced Institutional Communications Coordinator to join our team.
The role involves working closely with the Senior Manager Business Communication to provide strategic and tactical support on communication programs that deliver on ANZ Institutional's strategic agenda.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and external media partners in both languages, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate messaging.
- Supporting employee communication events such as Big Meets, Country Town Halls, and communication channel development.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues from the team, Communications and Public Affairs (including media and social), and Marketing to develop highly effective programs that protect and enhance ANZ's reputation.
The successful candidate will ideally bring tertiary level qualifications in Communication, Business, or similar fields, as well as experience working with Chinese media outlets to ensure effective communication and outreach in a key market.
