  • The successful candidate will participate in regulatory compliance-related projects, initiatives, and system launch/enhancement.
  • They will review policies and procedures, compliance manuals, etc. in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations relating to investment or insurance.
  • The Investment Compliance Officer will conduct compliance training for staff in accordance with local regulations and the Bank's policies and training objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance matters related to investment or insurance products.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and market practices.
  • Deliver high-quality compliance training to staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' experience in legal and regulatory compliance, preferably in banking, financial sectors, or regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
