Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures as well as internal controls to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Management, providing guidance and training on compliance topics as needed.

iCapital operates through various international entities, many of which are licensed to conduct regulated activities. The successful candidate will partner with business teams to ensure APAC offices operate within regulations.
