Cargo Distribution Strategy Manager

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled Cargo Distribution Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cargo Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive distribution strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a distribution channel expansion strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including GSA's, CASS agents, and non-CASS agents.
  • Manage the GSA's ROI and business relationship to maximize revenue and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement an automated online settlement policy to enable CX to collect payment from non-CASS agents through direct channels.
  • Conduct business process reviews to prevent under-collection of revenue and minimize business risk exposure.
  • Work closely with the Cargo Digital Team to construct a distribution data model and dashboard for RHCs and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, or sales.
  • Good knowledge of data analytics and experience in business process review.
  • At least 8 years of air-freight experience with 5 years in a managerial discipline, preferably with commercial experience in Cargo.
  • Good business acumen with global insights of the cargo markets.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
