Job Title: Key Account Marketing Director | China shopping mall (based in Hong Kong), agency candidates welcome

This position entails overseeing the offline marketing endeavors for luxury shopping malls in China as part of a major corporation with its main offices located in Hong Kong. The job will be based in Hong Kong, and you will report directly to the Department Head. As a highly proficient individual, you will supervise a team of local experts in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.

  • Create comprehensive branding strategies that align with the corporate brand, showcasing your expertise in devising impactful marketing initiatives.">
  • Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies, along with actionable plans, to drive business growth and capture market attention.">
  • Craft memorable events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities that showcase your exceptional organizational skills and ability to coordinate year-round marketing campaigns.">
  • Demonstrate leadership and management capabilities in executing public relations strategies, including media relations, securing media coverage, fostering community relations, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).">
  • Explore marketing opportunities and collaborate with business partners to coordinate joint promotions, driving revenue growth and increasing customer engagement.">
  • Take charge of developing thematic and tactical promotions to capture market attention, increase footfall, and effectively manage budgets.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain Gen Z customers, leveraging your understanding of their preferences and behaviors.">
  • Oversee all public relations and publicity activities, event management, and customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.">
  • Required to travel to China for business purposes every 1-2 months.">

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field.">
  • Hold a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within prominent corporations, demonstrating your expertise and adaptability in the field.">
  • Essential knowledge and prior exposure to the property and retail industry, showcasing your understanding of the sector's nuances and trends.">
  • Previous experience in overseeing marketing initiatives aimed at Chinese tourists and executing promotional campaigns for shopping malls in China is highly desirable.">
  • Candidates with a background in event agencies or production houses are encouraged to apply, highlighting your transferable skills and experience.">
  • Excellent skills in team management and interpersonal communication, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.">
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages, facilitating seamless communication and interaction with diverse stakeholders.">

Salary Range: HK$120,000 - HK$180,000 per annum, depending on experience
