As a key member of the Sun Life team, the AVP/Director, Client Propositions will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and client engagement in the bancassurance space.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement annual business plans and strategies to drive partnership growth and client engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services that meet client needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop co-branded partnership solutions.
- Develop and execute sales engagement programs to motivate sales teams and drive business results.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify market trends to inform business strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, client proposition, or a related field.
- University degree in a business or marketing-related field.
- Experience in the bancassurance field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance business models and drivers.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving, data analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills.
