Job Description

The Infrastructure Director Asia is responsible for leading the growth of the Turner & Townsend Infrastructure business in Asia. This involves collaborating with global teams to develop compelling service propositions, engaging with clients and partners to build a pipeline of opportunities, and leveraging existing teams to support business growth.

Key Objectives
  • Set ambitious targets for business growth and enable continued expansion in target markets.
  • Increase market share and influence within the major project and program market across mobility and environmental resilience.
  • Make major programmes won by the company a success and ensure clients are advocates for Turner & Townsend's brand and ability to deliver.
  • Work with country, segment, and cost centre leaders to prioritize opportunities and secure access to regional talent.
  • Create a consistent and growing business generation pipeline focusing on major programmes and project opportunities.
  • Identify and create areas of opportunity and development for the company's proposition and people.
Qualifications
  • 20+ years of industry experience, including leading the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • Qualified to a degree level, likely with a Quantity Surveying or Project Management background.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors, including major project delivery and programme setup.
  • Ability to work in client and contractor environments, with a proven track record of selling consulting services.
  • International experience, particularly in Asia, with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in programme setup, delivery, project management, project controls, and pre- and post-contract QS services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong influencer, able to operate at programme board level.
