Job Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing critical aspects of employee lifecycle management. Primary responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance on leave and benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
  2. Maintain our policies website and related resources.
  3. Evaluate probation performance and escalate concerns if necessary.
  4. Oversee work experience placements and ad-hoc intern programs.
  5. Promote data integrity through accurate employee records in HR systems and e-filing platforms.
  6. Facilitate Law Society matters, including notifications, PC renewals, and registration.
  7. Compile regular reports detailing headcount and staff movement.
  8. Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  9. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  10. Support the annual performance evaluation and compensation review processes.
  11. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address emerging issues.
  12. Stay current with external trends and best practices in HR.
