Job Description

We are seeking a skilled workplace engagement specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction.
  • Plan and arrange staff activities for clients, working closely with our in-house events team.
  • Engage with all levels within a client organization to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in client management, especially being able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.
  • Experience in event planning and creative thinking for idea generation and problem-solving.
  • Able to present ideas, write proposals, and communicate effectively with all levels of employees within a client organization.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with good communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of around $22.5 - $28.5k per month, plus an all-round total remuneration package including flexible working hours, birthday leave, mental health leave, and office massage, etc.
