About the Job
">Aon Hewitt is seeking a Senior Executive, Enrolment to assist the Business Line Department in providing administrative support in relation to the employee benefits schemes of our clients.
">Responsibilities
">- Reporting member changes of client's employee benefits schemes to the underwriters.
- Handling clients' enquiries on member's records.
- Providing professional customer service & relationship building.
- Ensuring all tasks adhere to internal & external agreed SLAs.
- Monitoring the administrative process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
">- Form 7/DSE or above with minimum 3 years working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm or insurance company(ies).
- Holder of FLMI or LOMA preferred or passed in IIQE Papers.
- Candidate must be customer oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, have good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills, have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel).
