About the Role
This is a senior management position responsible for the development and execution of a defined sales strategy. You will develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline, focusing on the local and large market, converting identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the Account Management Teams.
You will also develop cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise, helping solve clients' needs, leading and managing responses to tenders, and developing quality presentations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline focusing on the local and large market.
- Convert identified prospects into clients and manage an appropriate handover to the Account Management Teams.
- Develop cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise, helping solve clients' needs.
- Lead and manage responses to tenders, developing quality presentations as needed.
- Perform other duties and tasks reasonably assigned by the Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- University graduate with minimum 10 years' working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred.
- Holder of FLMI or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred.
- Mature and a self-starter with good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Good analytics and negotiation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
