About Your Role

This position is crucial to our Health Solutions team, supporting Account Managers on consultative services to clients. Key tasks include handling client queries, liaising with insurers and service providers, collaborating with underwriters on policy matters, verifying policy documents, preparing debit notes, providing assistance in data analysis and result interpretation, maintaining the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, and processing post-renewal documents and follow-ups.

Your Qualifications and Requirements

  • University graduate with 1-3 years' experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies).
  • Prior experience with IIQE papers is highly desirable.
  • General insurance knowledge is beneficial.
  • Candidates must be customer-oriented and self-motivated, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Chinese typing skills is necessary.
