What You'll Do
- Assist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visits.
- Proven success building new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies.
- Identify and develop new targets to develop regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions.
- Follow-up and maintain the current customers with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volume.
- Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within assigned region.
- Meet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits via maintenance via the Customer Retention Management system.
- Engage in market research with sales support teams with the goal of increasing individual sales pipeline.
