About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales and business development to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for building awareness and generating buying demand for our Governance and Sustainability software solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client inquiries to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Articulate the firm's value proposition to decision-makers to aid in new business acquisition and client retention
  • Conduct regular outreach calls with prospects to establish credibility and rapport
  • Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to the sales team to facilitate closing new business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in software sales to listed companies in APAC
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with additional Asian languages being a plus
