Accounting Manager in Automation Machinery Trading

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team at JPC TEXSON LTD. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing a full set of accounts, including journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, inter-company balances, and month-end closing. You will also be required to regularly prepare cash flow reports and financial statements. In addition, you will need to maintain close communication with affiliated companies overseas and coordinate periodic and year-end stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
* Reporting: Report to the Senior Finance Manager.
* Team Collaboration: Work within an accounting team of four members.
* Full Set of Accounts: Independently prepare a full set of accounts, including journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, inter-company balances, and month-end closing.
* Cash Flow Reports: Regularly prepare cash flow reports.
* Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and management reports.
* Communication: Maintain close communication with affiliated companies overseas.
* Inventory Coordination: Coordinate periodic and year-end stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
* Audit Preparation: Communicate with auditors and prepare audit materials.
* Ad-Hoc Reports: Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
* Supervision: Supervise the work of one accounting subordinate.
Requirements
* Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or auditing.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel formulations.
* Experience in SAP accounting system is an advantage.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua being a must.
