The Role

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective investor relations strategies that align with our business objectives.
• You will act as the primary contact for shareholders and investors, providing regular updates on our performance and progress.
• You will work closely with our finance team to prepare and disseminate accurate and timely financial information to our investors.
• You will organize and manage IR events, including investor roadshows, earnings calls, and other presentations.
• You will conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities that can benefit our business.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
• CPA or CFA certification is a must.
• At least 10 years of experience in investment relations, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability.
