Job Summary:

This role involves leading the accounting teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan, managing all accounting operations, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and reporting directly to the CEO.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of accounting operations, including AP and AR processes, GL management, and account reconciliation
  • Lead accounting teams in HK office (3 members) and China factory in Dongguan (10 members)
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules

Requirements:

  • 3+ years senior level in accounting role in manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in ERP implementation is required
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
