Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive role is a critical position within our General Trade business in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for leading the sales team in delivering sales objectives and strategies for General Trade and Macau.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • +8 years' in related sales experience in OTC / Healthcare / FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in General Trade management and sales leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
