Zurich Insurance (HK) is excited to announce an opening for a Claims Program Associate within our Claims Express Hub. This position presents a valuable opportunity to embark on a career in claims management, focusing on the interpretation, investigation, and evaluation of insurance policies and coverage matters, alongside claims processing and industry best practices. This program spans one year and includes potential rotations across various personal lines of business, including Travel, Personal Accident, Property, and Motor.
Key Skills and Experience You Will Gain:
- Comprehensive understanding of claims processes from initial investigation to final settlement
- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory and governance standards related to claims management
- Practical experience in identifying potential fraud and recovery opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Preferably a diploma holder with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Recent university graduates with a keen interest in insurance claims are also encouraged to apply
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented with strong logical and critical thinking capabilities
