Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Capital Works Digital Strategy and Innovation team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation across our business units, enhancing our staff's working experience, and creating sustainable transport solutions for the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Formulate project plans, prioritize initiatives, identify risks, establish mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholders.
  • Establish standardization and governance protocols for digital initiatives.
  • Analyze user and business requirements to develop business cases and collaborate with internal and external parties on system development and maintenance.
  • Engage stakeholders and review processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research, recommend innovative technologies, and drive their implementation with collaboration from internal stakeholders.
  • Promote the Capital Works Digital & Innovation unit within the organization and to external stakeholders.
  • Build a digital ecosystem by collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, with 6 years at managerial level.
  • CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP OF A RECOGNISED PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTION.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure project management and experience in design and construction stages.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and SDLC methodology.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and software for infrastructure project management, engineering design, and construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction technologies, including BIM, GIS, Smart Site Safety System, Digital Works Supervision System, digital project management platforms, AI, data analytics, and data governance is an advantage.
