About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in both digital transformation and go-to-market projects—advising ambitious clients while also working hands-on with leadership teams of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client or portfolio company challenges, define business requirements, and design innovative solutions to unlock growth.
  • Shape and support digital transformation and digital marketing roadmaps—balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
  • Deliver clear, concise, strategic recommendations backed by robust analysis and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, translating complex innovations into actionable business use cases.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and ventures.
  • Build and maintain high-quality consulting assets and frameworks.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations.
  • Act as an ambassador—sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and seeking continuous personal growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required; a master's degree is a strong plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a digital agency is preferred—but motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to Salesforce tools is an advantage.
  • Prioritize digital innovation, startup growth, and frontier technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3.
  • Be highly analytical, adaptable, and intellectually curious.
  • Develop strong communication and storytelling skills to distill complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
  • Show a self-starter mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
