At Global Payments Asia Pacific Processing Company Limited, we enable millions of people to move money between buyers and sellers using our payments solutions for credit, debit, prepaid, and merchant services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain business and human resources relationships in the APAC region regarding Total Rewards matters.
  • Identify regional business needs to support talent attraction, retention, and motivation, aligning with company goals.
  • Be a member of the global total rewards leadership council and report to the SVP, Total Rewards.
  • Position the total rewards organization as a consultative partner with regional leaders.
  • Recommend solutions that balance regional needs with standardization in a global total rewards framework.
  • Responsibilities
    • Represent the APAC region in the total rewards council.
    • Maintain regular contact with regional and country-level HR leadership to identify total rewards-related needs.
    • Recommend solutions driving business results and administrative sustainability.
    • Lead benefits design and renewal processes for the region.
    • Provide guidance on existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration.
    • Implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Consult with the total rewards council on market data robustness for the region.
    • Oversee ad-hoc analysis, reports, or special projects.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of Compensation and Benefits.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Able to partner with COE Leaders and build relationships with Business Leadership.
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, and committed to producing excellent results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with many competing priorities.
  • Develops accountability for self and others.

Experience

  • Relevant experience developing and managing total rewards plans.
  • Typically minimum 10 years related professional experience, including 4 years in a managerial position with a large multinational organization.
  • Prior experience in a payment or technology industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS is also preferred.
  • Merger and acquisition experience is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university is required.
  • Prior experience with a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Related HR professional designation is also preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
