  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service that aligns with company standards.
  • Assist with inquiries related to marketing campaigns, including registration and referrals.
  • Engage in outbound telemarketing efforts and promote additional products to enhance service offerings and generate revenue.
  • Fulfill objectives set by management consistently.
  • Participate in training new staff members to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.
  • Adhere to all internal policies, legal, and regulatory requirements while performing job duties.

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Possession of insurance and/or investment licenses is preferred, along with relevant regulatory qualifications.
  • Self-driven and independent, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
