Enterprise Sales Director

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our Sales Solutions team in Greater China. As a key member of our team, you will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of our flagship product, Sales Navigator.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory to drive revenue growth and consistently overachieve business objectives
- Leverage your experience working with clients in Greater China or supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion to identify new opportunities and build mutually beneficial relationships
- Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide valuable insights that inform our product roadmap
- Engage and negotiate with Senior Executives within Enterprise Organizations in the Greater China region to understand their decision-making processes and develop effective sales strategies
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a proven track record of overachieving quota and results in a large, high-growth company
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software platform solutions, preferably in the Greater China market
- Fluent business Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with clients in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
